I recently subscribed to this, successfully; gave my address as NZ, as I'm currently in VPN New Zealand ;) (Australia wasn't an available choice). It was odd that it didn't just take my BA Exec Club address (in the UK) , but it was happy and sent me a successfully subscribed e-mail. Clicked link link to get to 'My Dashboard' where everything seems OK and then clicked on a survey and each time I get

Have done this a couple of times, last night and this morning. Same result each time, even though I'm in VPN NZ.

My account (in the survey part) won't let me change my address out of NZ.

Anyone getting the same? Suggest reasons?

I signed up using my UK address (seemed to make sense) and my VPN was set to Australia. No problems for me at all and completed my introductory survey.

So I really can't suggest why you had a problem. Perhaps it was just NZ?

Successfully signed up too, though there are “no surveys available at this time “.
Seems like they only need the postcode for a UK address… maybe use WC2B 4LA…. That’s Australia House in The Strand !

I signed up too and used a friends postcode in London with no issues. Does anyone know if they email you with surveys or you have to go looking?

There should be links and invitations in the welcome e-mail when you register succesfully (as I did) 🤬 . That'll take you to your 'dashboard'

And the answer is I've had three emails from them already inviting me to do surveys

I'm guessing you are using the PointsForThoughts thingy? I signed up in Canada's eleventh province (United States) and had no problem whatsoever! I'm physically in the US though (unsure if that makes any difference)

Well, I've tried multiple browsers and multiple VPN locations (NZ, where I gave my address as), UK (where my BAEC account is) and no VPN=Oz, but still the same error page. The e-mail that said I was registered, all OK, and giving links to surveys is [email protected] so it appears to want me to be in NZ.

I think I'm stuffed. Will tinker a bit more, but I think I'm up for unsubscribing and hoping it will let me re-subscribe, and I'll use the UK.

And no, I can't think of why I chose NZ as my location!!

Can you sign up with a different email address?

Maybe. Its a completely different organisation than BA or BA Loyalty, whoever they are. I think they are just interested in getting surveys done so hopefully won't notice the same BA EC number on a different account.

Ok they do. Cancelled the first membership, reapplied for another (different email but same BA account number of course) " account already in use" etc. 😩

I had no problem signing up, but I get multiple emails inviting me to their surveys, but the survey links just hang. When I log in, it just says no surveys available. However I did get 100 Avios for joining.

I just signed up using my sister's address in Devon. Filled out my profile but as expected no surveys for a 75 year old retired fellow.

I've given up on them, as there are no matches at all over several days.
