Diners Club offer Hyatt redemptions:

Membership of the Hotel's Reward Program is subject to their Rules and Terms and Conditions. Your redemption must be in blocks of 3,000 Diners Club Reward points as specified by Diners Club. Reward points may only be redeemed for Hotel Reward Program points by a Primary Cardholder and credited to their Hotel Reward Program account. Points once redeemed cannot be reversed. 2 Diners Club Reward points = 1 Hotel program point

Diners is the only card in Australia to offer TF to Hyatt. I gather that AMEX has no plans to add Hyatt as a TF partner.
