Am I just cursed with bad luck or is anyone else experiencing problems with earning Velocity points for hotel stays.
I have booked travel via their Hotel Club partner since they first joined the program and I constantly have to chase up points months down the track.
I love the patronising response I always get reminding me how important it is to provide my Velocity number when I make the booking.......when I always do and it's also displayed on the confirmation email.
