Earning points through Qantas Shopping in Apple EPP store?

My employer has an Employee Purchase Plan agreement with Apple that gives me 6% off my purchase. I've also got the Qantas Shopping browser extension. It's lit up in red all the way through until I get to the checkout screen in the EPP store, then it goes gray, so I'm wondering if I will still earn points or not on this purchase...

Does anyone know if this works or not?

My fiancee works for Apple and when we do staff purchases through the Apple site, we've been able to get the points using the browser extension.
