Earthquake in Hawaii

A significant earthquake hit the Big Island this morning. I have spoken to a friend there and everyone is okay. Power is out, even in Oahu. A friend in Kauai even felt the quake as a tremor.

Apparently most airlines are moving but there are major disruptions. HNL international running on generators.

Checked the QF website for any traveller info, nothing of course, so if you are on QF3 tomorrow better ring the airline for any disruption to the service.

I think QF3 will be ok tomorrow morning as power has/is being restored to Oahu.

But best to check with Qantas.
