Easy 4,000 point on QF link

Hi all,

Just rtned from BNE-NTL-BNE on QF link. Untill 30 June on some routes double points are given on QF Link. Look up the QF FF page to see if there are any in your area. Ok I know for me a total time on about 5 hours on a Dash - 8 is not fun (it went via OOL) but it was worth it for 4,000 points at about $190. Think about it?

No not at all Lindsay, I am one and the same

It is that this board is sooooooo, quite that I try to do both. I know FT has a huge No. of QF flyers on it, perhaps I should do one and not the other? :?:

As you know, due to the QLD Gov. I must fly Vermin, so all my QF flts are at my own cost. As you have been around a lot longer than I, your thoughts on this would be most wellcome :

I am also a partially SFSC (self funded status chaser)...can't rely on work or holiday travel alone to get me back to Plat every year.

This will probably be my second last year of Plat status, so my wife and I are making the most of it...

Haven't flown in or out of TSV in about the same timeframe, so can't really help you. Remember it being about the samesize as OOL - like any regional QP.

where is that on the website - I couldn't find it. We just flew BNE-NTL return last weekend (the Hunter Wine compensates a little for the Dash 8!) and I only got 2000 points for the return trip... :cry:

Is there enough quiet space to go into a corner and tap away on laptop for couple of hours there? Soon be going there, and I have choice of flying MEL-SYD-TSV (30 SCs) or MEL-BNE-TSV(20 SCs), so will probably choose the SYD option, but that means arriving 2-3 hrs early, so need somewhere to camp.

I flew Sydney - Dubbo return last weekend and haven't recieved the bonus points yet. It does say it may take 30 days so I'll wait that long before I start hassling them.
