Has anyone not had their January statement points transfer from WW EDR QF Card to their QFF account?

My December one came through with a description indicating it had been sent over 5 days prior, but I saw no points for January.

I rang them and the useless call centre said 'it can take 6 to 8 weeks' and was almost annoyed that I asked them to look (and give them work to do).

Supplied the card number and was told 'your points were sent to Qantas on the 16th of January so you may need to wait 8 weeks'.

Anyone not get points for their January statement?

Mmm. I know your concern. I am getting all zero's on the EDR website and QFF is not showing anything either.

I am waiting with interest for Febs statement.

I've not yet received my 16K bonus points either, though there are still several weeks to wait before the 8 weeks delay is up so I'm still hoping it will all work through the system without intervention.

No issues here. Last transfers 7th Feb from EDR CC and 4th Feb from EDR ...

The annoying part is they're showing on my EDR Online Banking page, including the bonus points.

I'd push the issue but they're just throwing back the '8 week' thing.

Their call centres are outsourced and are good for nothing but reading from a script and asking me "so how is your day so far" and "how was your weekend sir?" whilst waiting for their computer to respond.

Well you are doing better then me. I can see the transactions on the EDR web page but have yet to see a single point show on the web or on the QFF page due to use of the EDR CC. No free points, no transaction points.

After my Feb statement if nothing is posting I'll ring and have a whinge.

No problems here - points are transferring within a couple of days of statement end-date.

From recent activity on my QFF account:

19 JAN 11 WOOLWORTHS QANTAS CREDIT CRD 18JAN11 - - - 19,321 -
Includes the 16,000 point bonus.

I also can confirm this, had two transfers already... expecting the third transfer in the next 5 days or so...

Also the 16k bonus points were on my very first transfer to QFF

Righto looks like I have to try and find someone that's not in an outsourced call centre. I doubt 'I know several people who have gotten their January points' will hold much sway with the script-reading overseas people:(

Ok, just had the third transfer, seems I get the points on QFF before I get the statement from EDRCC...

On another note, on this months statement there is the following note: -

"Effective from 1st February 2011, the Overseas Transaction Charge on your Woolworths Qantas credit
card account will be 3% of the total value amount of each transaction"

Not sure if anybody noticed this change :?:

No problems with my transfer. Infact I was amazed how quickly the points, including the bonus 16000 points showed up :) Nice to see a decent bump in the points balance.

This is why I only ever use my 28Degrees Card for International transactions.

Nope, didn't notice anything on my January statement and I have not yet received my February one. Got stung by the 3% too which is a bit rude.

If I'm feeling feisty next week I might ring them and ask when they thought they might tell me about that change.
