Emirates Citi platium card No points received !!!!

Hello
since if got a Citi Emirates Card (3mth) i still got no points transfer from my card.
I made about 6 phone call and i am told there is a computer error
at citibank and the points haven't been sent to skywards programm.



Anyone got a similar story

Open up your Citi Account and look for a link to "Rewards" . There is an ability to "MODIFY" so open that and check if your Skywards Number is showing. If not, add it and save.
