Emirates promotional code UKHSBC1

not sure if this is the right forum to post this but while searching I found a few promo codes for Emirates, none of which worked as they stated of course, but one did give a small discount - $6228 down to $6110.
So less than 2% but enough to pay for a taxi at both ends so worth a shot.
NB You may need to be going either to or from the UK

I thought that that code is valid only for flights originating in the UK and must be booked using a HSBC credit card.

At $6000 I would hope that it was at least business class and so no need for any taxis ( having just paid $6500 for 1st class return from Europe )

Ugh, no. 2 adults and a baby in cattle class trying to book PER-GLA-MEL for June 18th - any tips?!

KLM seems to have some decent fares and seems to have availability. Might be worth a call to KLM and see if there is Q class available

Alternatively MH is available at $2635 to Londoin (total for 2 plus infant = $5528) and then just book a separate flight to GLA or take the train

Royal Brunei wil fly London to Brisbane return on those dates for 1600 GBP 2 adults and one infant. Plenty of options with Qantas, Jetstar, Virgin Blue or Tiger Brisbane to Melbourne.
