I know I can book over the phone but I need to be able to browse to find preferred dates etc
I log in to Velocity, Go to my account - so far so good - it shows my name, number, number of points, transactions, etc. I then go to Book Flight, it comes up with an error (see attached pic). This happens on two PCs with Chrome and Edge.
Phoned Virgin Guest Centre, who were hopeless at even unerstanding the problem, let alone fixing it.
Anybody else had this problem, or any odeas?
