Has anyone had problems trying to use points to book a hotel on the Qantas website? I get a booking reference but also receive an error that the payment can't be processed. I'm trying to use points and have more than enough for the booking.
I had the same problem when I tried to do it last year but gave up and booked with cash on another website. I am currently in Tanzania and trying to book for Johannesburg, if that makes any difference.
I've tried a Facebook chat with Qantas but they say they can't help via social media and to send an enquiry through the Qantas website. I've done that but I have no idea how long they will take to reply and I need the booking for next week.
