Hi guys,
My partner flew syd-paris in etihad J on November 8th, at check in we made sure the velocity number was attached to the booking and it also showed on the boarding pass, the points and sc credited 5days after the flight! But on the return leg which was on the 22nd of Dec, once again at check in made sure velocity number was attached and also on boarding pass which it was, the points and sc have still not been credited to my account (they pool to me)

Has there been delays in crediting over the Xmas period?

there was no delay from EY during christmas. I flew on boxing day, points and SC credited day after.

Was the AUH-SYD sector on VA metal with an EY ticket?

My daughter did the exact same route last year on an EY ticket where the AUH-SYD sector was on VA. the points & SC's for the CDG-AUH came through fairly promptly but she had to file a retro claim for the AUH-SYD sector and after about 4 weeks or so and several calls the points and SC's came through. Not exactly an ideal situation.
