Europcar ID gone from their system

My Europcar ID seems to have vanished off their system and I cannot log in, anyone else the same?

I'm the opposite, I can't login with my email address as per normal but I can with my Europcar ID.

Strange things happening, and the only good contact I had In Europcar seems to have moved on
