I was just doing some googling to see if I could find out whether Europcar has the new Audi A6's for a reservation I have at OOL in Feb and came across this:

About time action was taken! Whilst I don't know whether they are guilty, the number of complaints about them I've read on the internet and the ACCC action suggest there's something fishy!
I wish they would take action against the misleading disclosure regarding the excess payable - my booking says $5,000, but there is no disclosure that this excludes GST, airport surcharge and admin. fee and that these apply in addition.
