My first trip to eastern Europe and would appreciate some ideas for highlights. I'll have 15 days which isn't a long time but I hope to see some major cities and get a feel for where I like for a more lengthy future trip someday.
I will arrive in London for one night then fly to Copenhagen for a special family event. After a few days in Copenhagen I will have 12 days to explore which will include Christmas and NYE.
My shortlist is Berlin, Munich, Prague and Vienna with about 3 days in each - I am thinking Prague for Christmas and Berlin for NYE although geographically there would be some backtracking. Train or flights are fine for travel (I'd prefer train).
I will need to return to London for my flight home.
