Anyone remember the short duration promo Everyone's a Winner back in early Jan this year?
Where every flight booking made got a prize.

Has anyone that booked flights in that eligible period received their prize yet?

Winners were supposed to be announce 24 Jan but I've not heard anything back.

Can't help I'm afraid. Saw it, but thought it to be, well ... underwhelming.

If they're operating in line with that, then you weren't a major winner. They don't require that they post a list of winners.
True but what about the actual prize itself? I never received a $50 voucher (assuming I didn't win the HKG flight or J upgrade) ;)

From the T&C posted above

5. The promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on 10 of January 2018 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 12 January 2018 (Promotion Period).

24(b) We will send the voucher within six (6) weeks of the end of the Promotion Period.

So they have until noon this Thursday 22nd to deliver our vouchers.

I put this Saturday in my calendar to chase up if not received.
My booking/entry was via corporate travel agent. The T&Cs did not say it had to be a direct booking.

If I got nothing I was going to question if I was even in the draw.

Spent about half an hour on the phone with someone from Platinum... initially had no idea about promo, then I read them the link to the T&C's and they read through them. They said not everyone wins a prize, I told them to re-read T&C's. She then agreed, but said my travel didn't fall within the specified dates, I said check again and she apologised saying it was in fact valid. Then stated she would follow up next business day. Next day I received an email from V-Holidays with a $50 voucher attached as a gesture of goodwill. Um what?

Still no sign of winners announced on Velocity website, wonder if it was even a legit competition.

I've just shot off an email with request for info about the winners, and advising I had not yet received my prize.

I received an email on the 21st of February with a promo code for the $50 Virgin Australia Holidays Voucher.

Email read:

Congratulations!

As part of our recent competition you've won a $50 Virgin Australia Holidays voucher.

So why not get going now?

You can redeem your $50 voucher on Virgin Australia Holidays' entire range of holidays, special experiences and event getaways.

Simply head over to the Virgin Australia Holidays website, select your preferred travel package valued at $500 or more^ and enter your voucher number in the Promo Code section of the Travel Details and Payment Selection page.

I received my manual $50 voucher on 23rd February from Velocity team.
But when I went to use it today didn't realise the minimum $500 spend as screenshotted in other replies above - as this was not in the T&Cs so I'm going back to Velocity about this one. Tried using it on a $360 booking.

It was in the description of the voucher. From the email I received in January

The Virgin Australia Holiday voucher.
Eligible members will receive their voucher code 5 weeks after the promotion end date of 23:59 on 12 January 2018. Voucher codes may only be used on holiday packages which include flights and accommodation for a minimum value of $500. The voucher is valid for bookings made until 07 May 2018.

I too booked a flight during this promo period, received no further communication whatsoever. Phoned customer service (I'm Gold), was on the phone for over an hour with both CSRs denying I was entitled to anything. After lodging a complaint the matter was 'escalated', I received a message to call back, a voucher number was read out over the phone. Expiry < 3 weeks :(. Pitiful customer service, so unimpressed.

The email I received in January advising of the promo "Samas, let's make the start of 2018 one to remember" didn't mention anything of minimum $500 spend either

What a shame. I hate when we get so excited about a promotion, only to be deflated by the fine print.
