Should be QFFGP for Webber presale

ta!

i usually have one french student to take with us,but this year i have 2, so might put them both there together...........

I don't think I have ever encountered a queue to get into the F1... maybe if you arrive 10mins before the race? Leaving the venue certainly, but once you learn to exit by gate 10 not gate 1 its about 90 mins faster.

Also, for those who plan to attend, its been confirmed as a 5pm start, should finish by 7 although the concert goes later. Means I should still make my 10pm JetFlex back to Perth. If anyone from QF is reading, a late QF departure on Grand Prix Sunday would be nice for the future! Never EVER doing Tiger again after the past 2 years

I too have never faced a queue. (or, a long one at least).

But then again, I'm almost always arriving not long after the gates open:p

I think this priority entry thing will be a bit of a joke.

At least it is guaranteed to be if it is policed to the same degree as the SG/WP/J priority security lines!

I've been tossing up getting ticket's so this could be a go. Does anyone know anything about the Webber stand? I don't recall it from past races. The QF Hub just seems to be a slightly closed door catering tent, no?
Finally, I can't help but wonder how fast the 'fast track' will be at gates 1 & 8, which double as the corporate gates and I wonder how many corporates will be QFFers? ;)

Exclusive with Silver!!! Come on.............

All corporates will be QFF but not all QFF will be corporates.

I think I will stick to my 'occupational' invitations and let the QFF mingle. If they had a CL or a CL/WP deal that may have hit the mark but letting all the riff raff in, what are they thinking???

The Qantas Hub looks impressive (size wise) from the outside. Didn't head in to take a closer look. Also I have access to the GP Advantage catering place just over from it - so have a good choice.

Will check out the Hub tomorrow for a closer look.

I think fast track exit would be more use then fast track entry. I've never had any issues getting in. The delays have always been with getting out, and even then it's not really that bad.

As sponsor of the F1, I think it's sad that QF didn't add additional flights after the F1 at reasonable times. 8:30PM latest flight to BNE? Come on! (Even DJ has one at 9pm).

(And of course, I have the mad rush F1->Airport via hotel... aah the joy I'll be having)

Perhaps we should all bombard QF with feedback.

There's also the issue of aircraft positioning - they'd have to concel one or more of the earlier flights.
