Expert Flyer Problems

I've been trying for the past week to check seating maps for QF11 SYD-LAX on 26/06/13 and QF12 LAX-SYD 23/07/13 and EF has only been giving me error messages.

The map comes up as normal for me for my QF flights on 12/04/13 and 21/04/13 as well as my AS flight on 27/06/13 and AA on 23/07/13.

Anyone else have similar experiences looking up a QF A380 seat map?

Yes, I've had the same from time to time.
Only happens with the new configuration (but not always), doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason otherwise.

From the seatmaps QF give me they are the reconfigured birds. A bit annoying not able to see what seats I can possibly change to at T-80. I know it's still 2.5 months out but I like to plan my seat choices, they make a hell of a lot of difference on a long flight!

If you have an issue using ExpertFlyer, the first thing you should do is email us at [email protected] and ask us. This happens to be an issue where if you have a saved QF frequent flyer number in your ExpertFlyer preferences then Qantas has issues returning the Economy seat map of an A380. The seat map will show if you remove the QFF# from your profile.

Mmmm, I never thought about contacting you guys by email... First thing I thought was to jump on here and see if anyone else has hit this problem before...
 
Travelling QF11 on 27 May - have the same problem displaying the Y Cabin only.
