EY J lounge access in HKG and AUH

I am on an EY J rewards ticket with no status w' any airline. Which lounge am I able to access as my 'best' option as I have some time to kill at HKG a/p and an early morning in AUH?

Am in the EY J lounge in AUH. The F lounge is still all boarded up.

I am allowed a comp 15 spa treatment and I have chosen a 'realignment'. Anyone else here?
