EY Points Upgrade process for cash Y tickets

Hi all,
Does anyone know what the process is for upgrading Y cash ticket to J using points? Is it something like SQ?
Say i have paid Y SYD-AUH-MXP and wish to upgrade the first leg only using points. the ticket is on one PNR.
I have enough Amex points ready to transfer to EY Guest Account but unclear of the process or points required. I looked on my Guest account but couldn't find a points upgrade PDF etc.
