He's Australia's head IOC rep isn't he?? The whole thing is a racket and i'm surprised its only $480k... Add in potential for kick backs, bribes and 'gifts' which seem to be standard operating procedures for IOC and FIFA reps and i don't think any of them are on struggle street...
