People like this, who are just beyond stupid...

He was upset because a budget airline didn't give me a free nights accomodation when the flight was delayed..

The best bit ""I'm Australian and live in Australia, a democratic society, which gives me the right to think, say and write whatever I bloody want!" he wrote. He has not yet deleted the comment about hijacking the plane from his Facebook page, which is publicly viewable.

Sounds like he has had too many hard hits to his tiny brain. Any and every airline would have reacted the same way. Wonder if he can hire a rowboat to get back to Australia?

Fancy being told to scoot by Scoot!

It was an obvious joke, if the airline were made aware they should have just put him on the next flight.

The guy was in Singapore and pissed off, stupid thing to say yes, but not deserving of banning him from flying.

I wonder who tipped them off, was it a security agency from Australia or the US or just a friend...

It was an obvious joke

Really? It was?

The benefit of hindsight and superior context makes it seem very "obvious" now.

I don't necessarily think he is banned from flying - his ticket / fare was cancelled. (Suffice to say, that action wouldn't really stop him bombing the flight if he really wanted to). I'm not sure if he's banned from Scoot, though he probably won't be flying them soon anyway.

A Muay Thai boxing instructor.... and a muy elstupido thing to do. (Or, at least, be smart enough to make your Facebook profile private enough so others you don't want to see your posts can't see it...)

The final "democracy" quip just confirms how silly he is.
