The VA T&Cs on family pooling says we are allowed 2 adults over 18 years of age. Does that mean you are allowed one extra adult plus yourself or you can have 2 other adults contributing to your account? I tried to add another adult to my account but got the error message "The maximum number of members over the age of 18 who can pool to this member has been reached." I currently have only one contributor over 18.

Any clarification will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The family pool, consisting of both contributors and receivers, is allowed to have 2 adults maximum. One receiving adult and one contributing adult, IAW the error message.

Whatever the combination, you can only have 2 adults in the pool.... 2 adults plus you ( assuming you are over 18 ) is 3..... so no go..

Had this dilemma the other day. I didn't realise there was a restriction.
