I recently flew with my partner (family pooling set up) from Melbourne --> Auckland --> Vancouver with Air New Zealand.

This is what my accounts shows:

Where are the family pooling credits? What do they usually look like? Does it sometimes take time for them to show? It says in the terms that it is immediate?

When I logged into her account, it shows zero status credit / points.

Can anyone help with this?

The family pooling SCs and points will show up in your Latest Activities which you have screenshotted
The entry will say (under description column):
Pooled from Velocity Member (insert Velocity number) and Flight number

Given the flights were recent maybe give it up to two weeks after the last flight. If nothing has been posted to your account by then just ring up velocity and they will assist.
I used family pooling for the first time very recently and the return flight was not posting so I rang up and they manually put it through and sped it up so the SCs and points posted that day.

As a quick follow up I assume you are a Velocity Red member as you have no bonus points. In this instance, I would actually recommend sending an email outlining your situation rather than calling as the call centre is located in the Philippines or somewhere where English is not widely spoken and they may have trouble understanding what you are wanting.

I rang up and dealt with the Gold line who are Australians and were very helpful. I rang up on behalf of the person whose account is pooling into mine and explained the situation.
If you do decide to ring make sure you have your partner there and booking reference codes handy to facilitate the process.

They should post to your account at the same time as they would have posted to the traveller's account - the traveller's account also gets a notation.

I will say that sometimes, even though you have your FF number on the reservation, the flights still need to be claimed.
