Hi All,

I'm a bit new to the frequent flyer thing, but have started flying regularly thanks to a new job.
I recently flew from Melbourne to Sao Paulo on Qantas and LAN flights, using my enrich membership as a FF program. A couple of weeks after I got back the flights turned up in my enrich activity log, with all but one listed as 'Fare Paid Not Eligible' Listed.

07.05.13 QF135 S class (Fare Paid Not Eligible)
07.05.13 LA800 S class (F.P.N.E) <--possible resolution to this one.
13.05.13 QF28 Q class (F.P.N.E)
13.05.13 LA759 Q class (credited 1626 pts)
14.05.13 QF587 Q class (F.P.N.E)

Refering to the Oneworld member airlines section of the the enrich site:

Based on the above I have a feeling that because these flights were code share, I seem to have the LAN seat classes, but on Qantas flights, even though they were operated my LAN. My feeling is that since there isn't this class listed with the correct airline, the enrich system rejects the claim and i get nothing for it.
I have called Enrich and they don't offer much assistance other than for the LA800 flight on 07.05.13 for which they have asked for copies of the e-ticket and boarding pass
I know for a fact that these weren't discounted tickets, in fact, they were quite expensive as they were bought within a few days of departure.
Has anyone had any experience with this? Am I likely to get anything for these flights? Does anyone know if this is a glitch in the system, or are these classes definitively not eligible?

Thanks in advance,
Ryan

Welcome to AFF.

I believe earning generally relates to the "Marketing Carrier" with oneworld, so it's the flight number that counts, codeshare or otherwise, irrespective of the oneworld "metal" operating the flight.

Do you have a link to the Enrich T&C which should define such earnings.
