Fee for replacement QP card?

20 month old mini-8803 playing with his dad's wallet. Several cards now missing, among them my QP card.

Is there a fee for a replacement card?

I was in similar situation and rang them up and got a new card within one week

I was lucky; I got a new Qantas Club Life card for free, it split in half; well it was over 6 years old.

They originally said to me there will be a cost for that and I thought, well there shouldn't be as you haven't sent me anything in 6 years. There was no fee.

I struggle to think of how much damage a plastic card would cause a baby as it travelled through them. :shock:

You’re WP though, the least they could do is print you a new card several times a month even
