I have 230,000 FF points and growing at 7500 per month, we (wife/me) can get away peak season from 22/12 or 1st week of Feb 2010 only for a week (Sat to Sat) out of Cairns, Bris. or Sydney. Don't mind cattle class out, prefer Y back.

We don't want to sit by a pool or beach at a resort, we like shopping, restaurants, and do a bit of sightseeing. Go to Hong Kong every year around April so not there, and not Bangkok, Puket or NZ, like Honolulu, Singpore etc.

Been searching the QFF site for weeks not come up with anything suitable.

Maybe I'm asking to much?.

If I buy 2 Star Class Syd/Hon/Syd how many FF points would I get?.

Have you considered Tokyo? Fly to NRT or KIX.

I agree with Flashware. If you only have a week then Asia is the go.
Should be able to get 2 x J tickets ex-Cairns

Syd-Shanghai return in Dec and Jan has plenty of Rewards seats. "Y" out and "J" return for 2 people will be 216000 points.

why not consider LA or San Fran both have good shopping or if you want an experience try Vagas
