Electrical fault sparks city office blaze | PerthNow

CITY workers watched on as fire broke out at Qantas' William St office shortly after 8am today.
Heavy rain is thought to have sparked an electrical fault which caused a sign on the outside of the building to catch fire.

We were watching this from my office and some wag said 'you can't even trust them on the ground'..
