Hi Guys

I recently booked the return leg of a business class trip. However the points haven't been deducted correctly, ie , only 10,000 points or so have been deducted, whereas I should only have 10k approx left.

Anyone else seen this ?

I am tempted to book another flight but obviously should wait and see what happens :)

Often the points don't get debited straight away. A recent award redemption I did took a few days for the points to come off. If the flight has been ticketed, it would depend what it said on your statement. If your card has been charged for the taxes, and you have a QF e-ticket with an e-ticket number, then it may be a QF stuff up, but best not push it till your flight has been taken IMHO.

Do check that your credit card has been charged though - if it hasn't, it may mean a SNAFU and you won't have a ticket. I learnt this the hard way.
