as it says above, it expires at the end of the month and is valid for 1 person only.

The first to respond gets it.

I cant use it, no-one I know can use and it will just go to waste.

I like the fact that it arrives will less than 2 weeks validity. and can only be used in 2 ports.

In reality this gesture by QF is not going to cost them very much as not a lot of people will be able to use it.

I am just paying it forward. (and rewarding the help I have received from others.)

Sorry to be a wet blanket. But is this one of the sorry of the grounding F lounge passes? Are you sure it expires in 2 weeks? Especially as you dont have it yet. Because I would have expected those sorry lounge passes to last 12 months.

Anyway, if anyone else is feeling generous....... ;)

Actually, we're planning a family trip, with BiL and his wife, next October so any F passes would be a massive bonus.

A co-worker received hers and it has 12 months on it.

****checks expiry on voucher****

****facepalm****

it does expire next year. oops:oops:

In my defence, when it was given to me I was told that it was expiring at the end of the month and it is still only valid for MEL and SYD. In reality then still of little use to me .

Memo to self - read all the really small print.

I am a bit confused - did you not give the pass away already to munitalP?

I understand my confusion - nlagalle is getting a voucher from someone else...

Hi everyone, Eddie here. First time poster, long time lurker!

Thanks for the thread and good thing I read all the way through. I was going to offer my pass up thinking that it expired at the end of the month, and was thinking how tight Qf was only sending the bloody thing with a couple of weeks availability:evil:

Now it will come in very handy when I fly through to JNB next Sept via Sydney:D

Hi Eddie Bauer,

Welcome to AFF. :D

It's good to have a win like this occasionally.

VERY generous of people giving away their lounge passes!! they are going on eBay... yesterday's one went for $97!
