Found a one off bargain J class but don't know how I did it and now it has gone.

Been following up all the sites suggested to find a business class trip from BKK- FRA and CDG - BKK until I am almost cross -eyed.
Whilst searching late on Sunday night on the Qatar global site I found an amazing flight leaving on 2nd June, returning on 20th June as above.

No idea how it happened. stated it was Business(C) at 15705 THB about AUD 500 and subsequent searches all have Business (Z)and are now 101395 THB. Bugger. Have a print out but that is cold comfort.

Can anyone explain how this happened? and what is the difference, (apart from $'s ) between Z and C class.
It would be fabulous if I could do it again!!! Even got my sister to search it with same dates on her computer but to no avail.

I am also careful to clear all cookies and use Chrome incognito mode.

I have tried to find such again, but can't duplicate.

Maybe you were indeed simply tired ... and that cheap price was not the option you were searching for.

In any case for this situation, C is normally more expensive than Z.

I think i saw something on Flyertalk about people who mess around with dumping fuel fines etc about some cheap flights on QR to Bangkok or Melbourne.... Was only available for about an hour before the site went down i seem to recall???

I think that Qatar had mistake fares for a little while a few days ago. Saw the same thread on FT

... and those Qatar tickets have now been cancelled due to "error".

I think they got a voucher for half the value though. Most of the time mistake fares are still worth booking as they will give you something rather than risk bad PR

Have they??? That sucks... Probably if the tickets had involved travel to the US they most likely would have had to honour them...
