Four Seasons Lanai or Wailea?

For those that have been, looking for a recommendation between Four Seasons Lanai or Wailea. We are planning to go in March 2020, what appears to be USA spring break. We are a couple, no kids, and spent our honeymoon at FS Wailea back in 2015. The reviews are all over the place as far as Wailea being like a "zoo", staff being overwhelmed by being at capacity etc. Thoughts?
