Will SQ increase the bandwidth to each aircraft of will the available bandwidth be the same for a massive increase in number of passenger trying to logon . Maybe 5x based on an A350-900

Little bit annoying that it seems you have to credit the flight to KrisFlyer to be able to use the free WiFi. I always credit to Asiana or Virgin.

An interesting way to keep people flying SQ crediting to SQ - similar to what EK are doing?

Nothing is really "free"

The VA precious metals who get KF lounge access on basis of VA FF number in booking/BP will have a difficult decision: lounge or wifi 😃
Easy decision for us x 3. Lounge access and maintaining VA Gold each year although this year we may actually reach VA Platinum.

People and humanity in general are weird. What did we do on long haul flights in the 90's?

Could you change the FF number to KF on arrival/departure from the lounge?
Best for me will be to use Velocity points to redeem flights and then change to KrisFlyer number without having to lose out on points and status credits?

Received an email from KrisFlyer reminding me of unlimited complimentary in-flight Wi-Fi for members from tomorrow

This will be fun - all Staff have been briefed how to respond to disenchanted pax - unfortunately not back onboard until July 22 to witness how it plays out

Seeing we only travel SQ in J or very occasionally F my experience of onboard wifi will be worse.

On SQ203 SIN/CNS at the moment.
VFF on booking, signed up to KF in flight.
Got a voucher for 2 hours WiFi, still going
strong, way past the 2 hours.
