Why do we not get FF points or SC when we miss our flights and lose our money on these flights. As we have paid for the flights missed we should get the rewards. :?

Whilst I agree with you, it does state that you only get points and SC's for travel actually TAKEN. Can anyone say "bus trips"? :D

It would be good for 'milage runs'.... you wouldn't even have to bother doing the hours in the air! Just pay over the net, 'miss' your flight, and collect points & SC (especially with the really cheap red e - deals !!!

Or the even cheaper "bus trips" (about $21 from Tom Price to Karratha, IIRC, and 20 SC's to boot!)

(For full information on the "bus trips", pop across to FlyerTalk and do a search in the QF forum).
