Hello,
We unfortunately have Future Flight credit from a cancelled international BC flight. I am wondering if I can use up a chunk of it on a whole holiday ie. book the flights and accomodation booking through the Virgin Australia website. Does anyone know if that is possible?
Has anyone got any good ideas to use up credit when there is a lot of it?

Valid for use only on Virgin Australia operated flights and selected flights operated to and from Brisbane airport by Alliance Airlines for Virgin Australia, but can be used to purchase Economy X, additional checked baggage and carbon offset fees, or used as payment for an unaccompanied minor or pet travel bookings.

Negative, you are basically a creditor of Virgin Australia 1.0 and need to follow the strict rules around a FFC. I know it sucks, especially for those who have thousands with Virgin (even worse if your NZ based)

However, even for airlines that did not go bankrupt, eg Jetstar, you still cannot use credits for cars, hotels, packages, strictly flights only.
