I decided to try Garuda for a DPS-SIN flight next week as they had a decent price on a flight at a time I wanted (7.35am), however today I received a notification that the departure time has now changed to 3.40pm, which would make it impossible to make a flight I have planned that evening. As Garuda don't seem to have any earlier flights what would be my chances of getting a refund?

Scott.

I'd call GA and ask your options. A refund would seem appropriate for a time change of that magnitude.
