Bookings must be paid and ticketed by 08 July 2011 for Economy Class and 30 June 2011 for Executive Class. Airfares are valid for travel between 06 June - 19 Dec 2011. Seasonal surcharge and blackout periods do apply. Visa on board facility is available on the Sydney to Jakarta service only. Fully reclining flat bed is only available on the A330-200 aircraft and is subject to change. Limited seats, may not be available on every day/flight throughout the travel period and is subject to availability. The advertised fare to Bali is travelling via Jakarta in both directions. Tickets must be issued within 48 hours, tickets are non-refundable and changes are not permitted on Economy Class fares. Frequent Flyer points are not eligible on the Economy class specials.
 
Immigration on the plane for SYD-CGK sounds good... It can take an hour or two to do in CGK sometimes.
 
What a great idea...why don't more airlines offer this - even if it was just for premium pax?
