Afternoon, folks.
I technically signed up so I could post here (after lurking for some considerable time over the last few years...) last Saturday as I sat finally getting to enjoy the QF Dungeon in Melbourne on the way to Singapore, but didn't have the time (or caffeine fuelled energy) to drop a proper introduction. So, given it's a grey and overcast bank holiday in my neck of the woods, I thought I'd pop my head round the door and say hello.
Hello.
I've landed in the fortunate position of finally having the house paid off and trying to work out what to do with my time and money. So figured that very quickly working my way up the rungs of QF WP could be fun. So, in short order, it'll be same day out and return red-eye trips from MEL-SIN, and MEL-BNE-ACK going into the middle of April. And then, no doubt soon come to regret my decision as I enjoy grabbing my backpack, indulging in the first class lounges, and slamming my head against a wall wondering why I have gone and done something as ridiculous as book Jetstar to go see most of Asia. (Although on a serious note, the crews on MEL JQ7 and SIN JQ8 on Saturday were nothing short of fabulous in their little "business" section of the cabin. It was a pretty decent product.)
Toodle pip for now
