It certainly was. Folks contacted them the same way we did, payment in GBP though (which is fine).

Only fly in my ointment is that I've just finished booking an award trip to Europe in October next year, on QR. That will be my 4th trip overseas. A fifth might be stretching things , so the award trip might have to go. Fortunately via Alaska and Velocity, so pretty cheap to cancel.

I could propose a medical trial. Before boarding blood pressure compared to blood pressure watching the scenery with a G&T. Amenable to massaging the data to whatever suits the narrative.
