At what point do you give in and just seek medical assistance? No excess to pay, so that's not really a consideration.
Day 4 of whatever it is I have / caught, maybe food poisoning. Last night and this morning gave positive signs of encouragement.. so started to head out to do a day trip to Blagaj, but nope, just before I got on the bus it was another close call rush back to my apartment!
