Thought I would post this in case somebody finds it useful.

Airberlin is doing a "Super Sunday" special until 18:00 today (German time), which is in just over 4 hours. Flights from various German cities (e.g. Berlin) to Sydney are selling for 399 Euros one-way (AU$600). Return fares also available for 798 Euros. Flights are via Abu Dhabi with the AUH-SYD legs on Etihad.

TXL-SIN is also available for 199 Euros (just AU$300).

Travel from 1 May to 8 December 2016, except between 8 July-12 August.

Airberlin/Etihad are also doing some very good Business fares at the moment, e.g. Berlin-Melbourne for $2,900 return. That particular sale ends tomorrow. (See here for more: http://www.australianfrequentflyer....50-off-etihad-business-75163.html#post1427013 )

I am in Germany during the sale dates, but I was planning on staying there for a few weeks. :)

Still, great prices. Thanks.
