I purchased a 3-day museum pass for Berlin a couple of years ago.

I definitely got good value out of it. Managed to visit ~15 museums over the 3 days. I think there are more than 40 museums included, and most of them accepted the pass with no issues (with one or two exceptions). For 24 Euros it's worth it if you're into museums. You can buy it at a visitor's centre after you arrive in Berlin.
