Hi...recently flew StarClass SYD-HNL-SYD...for the outbound my flight was credited to QF FF within 48 hours but the return HNL-SYD hasn't and it's been about 5 working days now...should I submit a "missing miles" claim or is it normally this slow from HNL?

BTW - had very low expectations about StarClass but for the price paid it $1275 each way it really is a good product...very friendly crew and an excellent meal service - was very impressed.

If the points have not posted by now you will need to put a claim in.

It's easy enough to do on line using www.qantas.com - missing point claim.

I did the same flights and was also impressed. I had very low expectations and was very pleased with everything.

My points have been missing for some time. I am still missing points from 30/08/08 after -

1. Flashing my card at check-in
2. Putting in the online claim
3. Emailing in all boarding passes and itinerary
4. Numerous phone calls to the QFF service centre

Maybe I'm just the unlucky one.....

I used JestStar Starclass for a family of 5 last year to Bali and the points did not post.

Claimed them online on Qantia.com (as mentioned above) and they all then posted. It is a quick and easy process.

thanks for all the replies...I've now lodged a missing miles claim...fingers crossed it all comes through...I basically did the flights to keep my platinum status...i was exactly short 280 SCs and this trip makes it up exactly...
