Gift Hertz Elite Status till June 30, 2022

5* can gift 5* and PC can gift PC. The status is good through till June 30, 2022. It doesn't say what the deadline for this, but more info is available on Hertz Gift Status Request.

Happy to gift to someone if it is of use, I currently have PC.
