Gold status membership for business

Hi Guys
A friend is registering his business for frequent flyer program. There was an offer previously if you spend $5k on flights PCY you would earn gold status instantly. Does anyone remember the offer or know how I can find it?
Or is there a better offer out there for businesses?

You may be interested in Virgin's Accelerate program for small businesses. In particular, have a look at the 2 Pilot Gold memberships that you can get if the business spends $2,000 on flights in the first 3 months.
