Good Status Run from BKK (JQi + QF) to SYD

I found the following fare from BKK to SYD via MEL on the Jetstar web site and I think it provides good $/SC. This is a standard fare.

1. BKK - MEL Starclass 120SC
2. MEL - SYD on JQ3 Starclass or MEL-SYD on QF Domestic J - 40 SC

All up 160SC for THB 30,949 (approx AUD $1,100) or $6.8/SC.

This fare is available on SUN/TUE/THU from BKK.

Thanks for the tip, but there are better status runs out there. IMO anything around the ~$4 per SC is good but there have been loads of status run results showing half of what I think is good.

Not a bad way of getting home after one of the CX runs though!

Not bad, but JQ usually have HalfClass sales roughly every 6 months during which you can snag similar indirect routings and attaract $4-5/SC. Maybe hang out a bit longer before diving in on this one.

FYI, I took JQ30 (BKK->MEL) last Sunday and I have to say never, never ever again will I fly on those wretched 'seats' with 'IFE' and 'food'.
