Over at AusBT they've posted an article about this:

Google Glass for airlines: what you'd see wearing 'smart specs'

US airline JetBlue has put together some prototype images of the 'augmented reality' information you'd get when wearing the glasses, which contain a tiny camera, display and a pared-down Android computer.

Nice idea, but GPS doesn't work that well inside airports last time I tried.

I'd love to see the day when someone bothers to make powerpoints connected to the www

Although it is not Google Glass. I am starting to find Google Now on Android very useful for travelling. It provides a lot of useful information based on the context it knows about you. Like providing you with the exchange rate from local currency to AU$, the local weather, flight status and a map to your hotel. If you are standing next to a bus stop it will give you the schedule for buses that use that stop. Sure you could get all that off the web, but it is handy to have it all there at glance without having to search for it.

I assume that Glass would provide similar information as well. Not sure if there is much benefit to have on a display that is built into a pair of glasses as opposed to a display on your smart phone that you can get out of your pocket. I guess it is really the sort of thing you need to try out.
