I've had the same driver for 16 years now.. I started using him back when he was driving cabs, then he moved to chauffer cars. He's looked after me immensely, as well as many friends and family members. You are right, small business are the backbone!

Agree, I have a love hate thing with my driver, but always go back to the devil I know........good travel is about familialirity and the importance to minimize the surprises.
