Hello guys

New to this, i like being active in discussions about travel & flying
I do fly alot (I reckon) but what i have read, there are alot of peeps that fly hell of alot more than i do
I work in the maritime industry and fly all over the country regularly. Mainly MEL-PER , MEL-BNE & MEL-SYD
Qantas Club Silver member, love the airport lounges :D Due to go to gold in Jan
Flying to MEL-LHR>LHR-MEL June 2014/July 14 on EK - Gold/QC should make the transits more comfortable i hope :)

Hope to chat with good people on here

I work in IT. I commute SYD-BNE most weeks and all is self funded travel.

Hi pumba_oz! I also fly often from MEL so if you happen to be at the airport on the day, you are most welcome to use the J lounge ;)

My next flight is on the 2nd of November at 6:30pm :D haha, doubt you'll be present at that given time

Awesome. Ive black listed Tiger and with good reason. Being early for a flight from SYD to MEL - i had to endure a 80 min wait in line just to check in. Flight was enjoyable tho lol
All comes down to taste , i prefer Jetstar & Qantas... for the pts n SC , sometimes my boss puts on my a virgin flight to give me the ****s deliberately. He gets a laugh cause he passes the bill onto the client anyway lol.

Qantas Platinum and above and Virgin Gold and above have arrivals access into the domestic lounges.

You don't need your boss.

A quick trip to the USA when your membership year begins and in a few days you can earn Platinum for ~2 years.

I see flying as a hobby and justify spending money to ensure my flying experience is as comfortable as possible.
