Platinum members are entitled to up to four guaranteed return Reward Seat flights either domestically or internationally when used in one booking and when flying with Virgin Australia or a Velocity Airline Redemption partner.
Look online for the Reward Seats you want and if you can't find them, call us and request the seats you want.
We are guaranteeing booking of the seats requested at the Reward Seat price for the member plus 3 guests. But note that the guarantee comes on the proviso of plus or minus three days either side of the requested date (there are no blackout out dates), and the request must be made at least 6 months from desired departure date.
You will have up to 4 seats which can be booked, with one opportunity to make the booking, i.e. if you only want to book 2 seats, that is fine but the benefit is then considered redeemed.
